You train.
Iro does the rest.

All it needs to know is whether each set felt Easy, OK or Hard. From that, Iro works out the weight for your next workout.

Stuck on the same weight for months?

Lifting the same weight week after week is completely normal. It isn't a lack of effort: nobody tells you when to go up, by how much, or when to step back a little so you come back stronger.

Always the same weight. Climb, step back, climb higher.

Iro decides it for you, set by set.

How it works

Three steps, and Iro takes care of the third.

    1Do your set.

Iro tells you the weight and reps for today, with the plates for each side if you use a bar.

After every workout, each lift knows where it goes next. And if you stall, Iro eases off a little so you can climb higher.

Every exercise, in 3D.

A moving figure shows you the technique for each exercise, with no long texts. It's built into the app, so it appears instantly and works offline.

It learns your gym as you train.

Every machine steps up its weight differently. When a weight doesn't fit, Iro asks you one question and remembers the answer. You'll never have to register a list of machines.

“This machine goes up in steps of 5, so it doesn't have 22.5kg.”

The tips a good coach would give you.

Iro pays attention to how you train and speaks up at the right moment, without lecturing.

  • Weaker side first, then the same reps on the other one.
  • A little less weight when that muscle has already worked today.
  • Warm-ups only when the muscles are cold.
  • A short pause still counts as one set.
  • A heads-up before you start if a muscle is still recovering.
